WALK-INs are welcomed. However, priority will be given to Customers who have made an appointment.
You have the option of taking someone's spot if you choose to wait and see if an appointment doesn't show up and doesn't call.
Appointments will have priority. However, you have the responsibility of being on time. If you do not show up 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you will lose your spot (and given to a Walk-in.) If you know you are going to be late, please be courteous and call us before your scheduled time. We will try to accommodate you, depending on availability and how late you will be. We will make every effort to keep your spot. If we really cannot hold the spot for you, we will offer you the next available time.

If you walk in at 30 minutes before closing, we will take you in depending on what services you request. It will be at the discretion of the workers of the shop. We have to be considerate to our hardworking nail technicians. They would like to go home and eat dinner on time too. You can always call before you come, and ask if we can still take you in. Calling is always the best way to confirm your spot. Feel free to call us.
Remember to leave your name so we know who had called. If you prefer a specific nail technician, remember to mention it.

We are usually open the other holidays.
There are exceptions. Every year and every holiday may be different.
Please call us to inquire for specific upcoming holidays. Special requests can sometimes be honored depending on availability of our staff.
